Students and teachers of Trinity High School, Kiphire took part in the National Fire and Emergency Service mock drill held at the school campus on April 26. The mock drill was organized by the National Fire and Emergency Service, Kiphire lead by Meren, OC Fire & Emergency Service Kiphire.
The OC Fire & Emergency Service Kiphire during the programme called upon the students to be prepared for time of emergency and any kind of disaster as it is eminent in present situation with the change of climate and also other natural and manmade factors.
He also expressed gratitude to the administrator of the school for providing the space for the department to demonstrate the activities of the department and sensitize the students.
Principal A.J Sebastain welcomed the visiting officials and thanked the department for choosing Trinity School to organize mock drill which is much needed in present day.
The Principal also assured all possible co-operation and support to the department in the days ahead.
