Morung Express News Dimapur | April 6 One house was completely razed in a fire at Nepali Kashiram, Dimapur on April 6. According to the Fire & Emergency Services, fire fighters responded to the fire after information was received at around 6:30 pm. While stating that the cause of the fire was attributed to an electrical short-circuit, fire personnel said that the “Assam type” five-room dwelling belonging to one family was completely razed. The family escaped unhurt. Three fire trucks were pressed into service with the Army also responding with an additional truck preventing the flames from spreading. The flames were brought under control at around 7:30 pm.
