Peren, May 3 (DIPR): New Peren Village in Peren District has been declared the first complete LED village in Peren District. The Energy Efficient Peren under UJALA Scheme and initiative of District Administration Peren in collaboration with EESL, the Deputy Commissioner Peren adopted New Peren village and distributed free LED Bulb to every household in the village.
Speaking on the occasion the Deputy Commissioner, Peren stated that the use of LED Bulb will consume less electricity which would drastically reduce electricity bill and save power consumption in the District. The Deputy Commissioner hoped that the beneficiaries would extend the fullest cooperation for effective implementation of the scheme.
Further, the Deputy Commissioner also adopted Christian Servanthood Ministry Centre (Orphanage) and distributed free LED bulbs.
