The Fitness House reaches a milestone

The Fitness House (TFH) celebrated first anniversary today at its premises 3rd mile, Dimapur, opposite ARTC.

Interacting with media fraternity at The Coffee Shop, General Manager Thungdeno Murry said TFH envisions on improving wellness and fitness with advanced facilities that cater to all the needs of the members.

TFH is equipped with spa, steam room, café, gym centre, swimming pool and badminton court.

Since the opening of The Fitness House a year ago, it has around 100 members, mostly in the age group of 35 to 50 years. The middle-aged walking in for the fitness regime is inspiring, Murry said, adding it is a “new experience for all of us.”

While the numbers were good, Murry said the ongoing road construction has somehow slowed down its pace.

It offers a range of packages for premier membership, while The Coffee Shop and Spa is open for all, said Aienla Lemtur, Marketing Manager.

On TFH being tagged ‘expensive,’ Murry expressed that with the kind of experience that we are providing, “I don’t think it’s expensive,” adding it has its doors open for fitness enthusiasts on Sundays too.

Meanwhile, TFH has also extended its branches – Sky Garden and 7th Milestone Guest House at Chümoukedima, Dimapur.
