Longleng, November 23 (MExN): Fostering Climate Resilient Upland Farming system in Northeast - Nagaland (FOCUS-Nagaland) funded by IFAD distributed Rabi seeds to all 30 project villages under Longleng district on November 16 and 17.
The officials directed the Lead Farmers to follow proper cultivation practices as trained during Farmers Training and emphasize to do crop cutting experiment for each crop to access yield report and crop productivity.
The Lead Farmers were also informed to ensure that the allotted quantity should reach out to all the beneficiaries from the FIGs. The distribution programme was held at District Agriculture Officer (DAO) office Longleng.
