KOHIMA, OCTOBER 25 (MExN): The Federation of Nagaland State Engineering Service Association (FONSESA) will be convening its biennial general conference at Hotel Japfu, Kohima on October 27 at 11:00am. Chief Secretary, Government of Nagaland, J Alam, IAS, will grace the inaugural session as the guest speaker. The ‘vision documents’ will also be released during the programme.
