DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 20 (MExN): In pursuance of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (Licensing and Registration of Food Business) Regulations, 2011, the Food Safety Commissioner of Nagaland, Kohima directed all Food Business Operators including pharmacies selling and dealing with food items, food supplements etc in the state to obtain License or Register their business, under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and Rules, 2011 from the Designated Officer (Chief Medical Officer) of the district on or before 4th February, 2013. Licensing and Registration Form and other details can be obtained from the office of the Designated Officer on all working days, informed a press note issued by R.F Lotha Addl. Food Safety Commissioner Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Kohima Nagaland.
