DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 27 (MExN): The Chief Medical Officer, Kohima has served improvement notice to M/S Bakery and M/S Mums Bakery located at Merhülietsa Colony, Kohima for unhygienic conditions under section 32 of the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006.
A press release issued by the CMO stated that during re-inspection done by the Food Safety Officer and Assistants, it was found that some conditions were not complied. In this connection, the food licence of the two bakery units has been suspended in accordance to Section 32 (2) of the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006.
