Nagaland Football Association (NFA) today drew the group fixture of the district football associations for the upcoming Nagaland Olympic & Paralympic Games 2022.

Nagaland Olympic & Paralympic Games 2022 is scheduled for August 22 to 27 in Kohima and Dimapur.

The fixture was drawn during the annual general meeting of the NFA along with the district football association representatives at Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) complex here.

NFA President K Neibou Sekhose informed that football event will start from August 17, a week ahead of the main event.

It will be played on league-cum- knock out system. The teams have been divided into four groups.

Meanwhile, NFA informed that Nagaland Futsal Championship 2022 will be hosted by Kohima in the month of September where all the districts will send a club each to represent the district.

Tuensang District Football Association will be hosting the next edition of Dr T Ao Inter District Football Trophy 2023.

Sekhose informed that the State League 2023 and senior women football championship 2023 are also in streamline.

Dimapur, Wokha, Zunheboto, Peren
Group B: 
Shamator, Tuensang, Mon, Kohima
Group C: 
Tseminyu, Kiphire, Noklak, Mokokchung
Group D: 
Phek, Chümoukedima, Longleng, Niuland
