Noklak, January 6 (MExN): The foundation stone of Noklak Community Health Center (CHC) upgradation to district hospital was unveiled by Minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangyu in the presence of Advisor Prisons, Printing, and Stationery, H Haiying on January 5.
“The hospital is upgraded by the Government but upliftment and early improvement of the hospital mostly depend on the support of local citizens,” Pangyu said while urging the ‘public and Medical Staff of district hospital, Noklak to extend fullest cooperation for completion of the project at the earliest to cater the needs of the people.’
He thanked the land donors for their contribution and urged them to avoid disturbance while developing the district hospital. He also expressed the gathering to support the leaders who had the vision, sincerity, and dedication, stated a DIPR report.
Advisor H Haiying, in his short speech, urged the citizens to work collectively leaving aside their differences. He thanked the State Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, and the Medical Department for the concern shown towards the District. He urged Noklak citizens to take good responsibility and give positive support to the staff.
DC Noklak, TPRO president, and KTC Vice President also delivered short speeches on the development of the district hospital.
