
Kohima, February 14 (MExN): The Task Force for Music and Arts (TaFMA), Government of Nagaland is all set to organise Foundational Music Production Workshop from March 7 to 8 at Centre of Excellence for Music and Arts (CEMA) Minister's Hill Kohima.
This workshop aims to equip aspiring musicians and producers with essential skills in digital music production, creative workflow, and industry insights, according to TaFMA project director Dr Hovithal Sothu
Participants will gain hands-on experience in using Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), beat-making, track arrangement, MIDI programming, and recording techniques.
The workshop will also cover microphone techniques, technical equipment, and the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modem music production. Additionally, industry professionals will provide valuable insights on career development, distribution, and monetization.
