Imphal, June 9 (NNN): Four boys, including two minors, have been arrested by Cyber Crime Unit of Manipur Police on the charge of assaulting a non-local boy here. The incident which was videotaped was uploaded on social media and later went viral. The 27 seconds-long video showed the non-local boy being punched and pushed before being kicked in the head, rendering him motionless on the ground.
