Free medical camps by specialised doctors

Kohima, March 15 (DIPR): As part of Fellowship Exchange and People to People Programme initiated by Governor of Nagaland, P. B. Acharya and motivated by the Indian National Fellowship Centre Mumbai, a group of specialised Doctors from Environmental Medical Association, Mumbai headed by Prof. Dr. K.C. Mohanty will conduct free medical camps in the following locations:  

•    March 21 and 22: CHC, Pfutsero; Service of renowned Chest Physician and General physician will be available at CHC, Pfutsero.   •    March 21 to 23: Naga Hospital, Kohima; Service of renowned TB & Chest Specialists, Dermatologist & HIV Specialist & Specialist in Hepatitis, Cardiologist, Gynaecologist, Paediatrician Physician and General physician will be available at Naga Hospital, Kohima.   •    March 23: CHC, Chiephobozou; Service of renowned TB & Chest Specialist, Dermatologist & HIV Specialist & Specialist in Hepatitis, Cardiologist, Gynaecologist, Paediatrician will be available at CHC, Chiephobozou   The members of the group including Prof (Dr) K.C. Mohanty, TB & Chest Specialist; Dr. Agam Vora, Chest Physician; Dr. I.S. Gilada, Dermatologist & HIV Specialist & Specialist in Hepatitis; Dr. Satish Vaidya, Cardiologist; Dr. R.M. Sundrani, Chest Physician; Dr. Salil Bendre, General physician; Prof. Dr. (Mrs) Geeta M. Niyogi, Gynaecologist; Prof. Dr. (Mrs) Varsha Phadke, Paediatrician.   The team will conduct free surgery to the needy patients and also to distribute free medicines to the deserving patients. There will also be a discussion on Continuing Medical Education programme at Naga Hospital, Kohima March 22 at 3.00 p.m.   Interested people of Kohima, Pfutsero, Chiephobozou and nearby places and other districts have been asked to avail the opportunity of free expert advice from the visiting doctors. Advance booking facility will be available at the respective places.
