CHUMOUKEDIMA, September 29 (MExN): To mark the occasion of Wildlife Week 2025, the Director of Nagaland Zoological Park, Rangapahar, Dr. C. Zupeni Tsanglai, IFS, has announced free entry for students from October 2 to October 8. Students will be granted free admission on producing a valid school or college identity card. The zoo will, however, remain closed on Monday, October 6 as per its weekly schedule. According to the Director, the initiative aims to encourage students to experience and appreciate the zoo’s diverse natural environment during the Wildlife Week celebration. Visitors are invited to explore the park’s natural beauty and “reflect on ways to protect and restore our environment,” the statement said.
