Franciscan Sisters of Saint Mary of the Angels with Differently Able Children in Angel Home Dimapur

Dimapur, April 20 (MExN): A home for persons with disabilities (PwDs) has been established in Angami Signal Bosti, Dimapur with a special care by Franciscan Sisters of Saint Mary of the Angels (FSMA).
As per a press release, Sister Aruna, Superior of the FSMA informed that the ‘differently-abled’ children at the age of 4 to 15 years who could communicate, movable and teachable are admitted for the charity mission.
Some parents donate few amount and materials for their children support from time to time and home was established for the humanity service, the Sister added.
The thrust of the FSMA was to develop unique skills and to rehabilitate differently able children into the main streams of life and making a holistic society, the release said.
The mission is aimed at restoring human and transforming unjust structures with the contribution to human development and changing unjust to human resource society, it added.
