Fun Tree Crew (FTC) is all set to organize 3rd Darts Masters 2021 (India Open) on December 11 at The Heritage, Old DC Bungalow, Kohima.
Announcing this during a press conference here today, FTC officials said that all SOPs for Covid will be strictly followed during the event
The organizer is expecting a good number of participants across the country.
FTC event director Theja Kire informed that FTC came into being as a circle of friends in 2018 as a non-political and non-profit organization.
The members having firmly and solemnly resolved to join in harmony as one individual and indissoluble group dedicated to the promotion of social events and sports, to foster and encourage the spirit of oneness, irrespective of age, community or religion.
The vision of FTC is to provide an environment of trust, to inspire and create a positive impact in people’s lives.
A total prize money of Rs 1 lakh has been set for 3rd Darts Masters 2021 event.
The champion of 3rd Darts Masters 2021 will carry a cash prize of Rs. 30,000 while runner up will get Rs. 20,000.
Joint third place winners will receive Rs. 4000 each.
A cash prize of Rs. 4000 each has also been set for Most 180’s, Best Checkout, Best Leg and Most Promising Player.
This 3rd Darts Masters 2021 is powered by Grace Solo, Daniel Metha, K. Sechü, Zhokhoto Keyho, L. Kire and MonAram.
Event partners include; The Heritage, Symbiosis, Zumvü Printex, Headlight, Metal Gear, Naga Darts, Touch Enterprise, VKS Darts, Still Films, LifePro, Sorhie Enterprise 360, Prodriver, LG Libra Enterprise and DartStore India.
FTC general secretary Oto Angami said the mode of game will be 501.
Preliminary round is to be played on league basis on a best of 5 legs per match.
Top 8 matches will be contested with a best of 7 legs on knock out basis. The semi final and final match will be contested with best of 9 legs.

Meanwhile, FTC informed that all participants should be asymptomatic and fully vaccinated (taken both doses) against COVID-19 or should carry COVID 19 negative test report done through either RT-PCR/True NAT, within 48 hours of the day of the tournament.
Thermal scanning will be done at the entrance of the venue. Mask should be worn at all times inside the venue.
