Nagaland Football Coaches Association (NFCA) President and former international football player Roko Angami today unveiled the official jersey of G-Sports FC.
G- Sports FC will be joining the upcoming Kohima Super Cup 2022, starting from May 16 in Kohima. Unveiling the jersey at Morung Kitchen here, Roko lauded G-Sports FC for coming forward to promote football in Nagaland and wished them all success in their endeavour.
He challenged the players to exercise team spirit and maintain self discipline and self control to excel in the field of football. Roko also called upon the players to have patience in their football career. “Give your best. Make the best use of yourself and perform well accordingly,” he said.
G-Sports FC management team member Imli Sunep thanked IDBI Bank for sponsoring the team this time. G-Sports FC with its motto ‘Teamwork Makes the Dream Work,’ was formed in 2017 to nurture and provide platform to the upcoming players.
G-Sports FC consists of footballers from the districts of Mon, Tuensang, Chümoukedima, Kohima and Dimapur as well as three quest players from Manipur. G-Sports FC will face IGS XI on May 19 at 1:30 PM.
