DIMAPUR, JULY 21 (MExN): The GB Union Dimapur (Sadar) and Dimapur Urban Council Chairmen Federation (DUCCF) has reiterated its earlier resolution to oppose the new billing system (Prepaid electric meter) in the urban colonies till such time the power department “explains and sensitizes about the advantages of prepaid system adequately.” A joint statement from the two organizations said that they would extend full cooperation to the Power Department in checking illegal (theft) power connection and defaulters in the colonies as and when service is needed.
