Dimapur, June 18 (MExN): In a bid to generate more career awareness amongst students, Genius Career Guide an unit of Dia Education Foundation organised one day programme on career counselling and motivation on June 18 at Dimapur. According to a press release, the purpose of the programme was to provide more options and opportunities related to different careers amongst students of the state of Nagaland.
Participating as chief guest, Geoffrey Yaden has mentioned that student can achieve success with their passion and appealed the students to follow their passion for success in life.
Bishnu Bhattacharjee, Guest of Honour appealed to the organisers to conduct more such programme for the benefit of the students’ community. Miss Nagaland Marina Kiho, spoke on modelling and fashion as career and she also shared her experience in the field of modelling.
Ranjan K Baruah, Career Mentor spoke on different attributes required to be successful in life. In the interactive session students had asked different queries and they have also cleared their confusion related to their dream profession and aim in life. The programme was moderated by Momena Das, counsellor from Dimapur who is also associated with Genius Career Guide and she spoke about the objectives of the programme. Sandip Saha, marketing manager of Genius Career Guide offered vote of thanks also shared some of the future activities to be undertaken by them.
