Get The Best Out Of Life

As we sow so shall we reap is a familiar saying to all of us. Accordingly to reap success, we must sow the correct seeds and must perform the correct deeds at the right time. We get out of life according to what we give to it. We are the masters of out fate and makers of our destiny. Action always speaks louder than words and a pleasant smile proclaims. A genuine smile at once attracts a return smile. It is sunshine to the sad and daylight to the discouraged. Being likeable, cheerful and pleasant is the basic factor which attracts people to us and ensures our success automatically. We don’t have to handsome or beautiful or have resonant attractive voice or to be a great speaker or orator to become popular or the most sought after, person.

Likeable individuals always seem to be in good humor and revealed tremendous interests in others. One outstanding quality of a likeable person is his tremendous optimism. It is said that the pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity and the optimist sees opportunity in every difficulties, when face with difficulties, obstacle and seeming failure. Until a few years ago a journey to the moon was considered physically impossible. No one believes in it. Today we believe it can be done. We should not feel that we could do nothing to change and accept meekly and tamely, but instead we should strive hard to challenge and attempt to use difficulty as opportunities to improve our lot and better our performance. We should give and take and this is what makes us remain likeable all through. To win a man to our cause, we must first convince him by words and deeds that we are his sincere friend. If there is one secret of success, it is the ability to get the other person point of view and sees things from his angles as well as our own. We must make the best use of our talent and assets. If we have all the ability in the world, but keep it undercover, we are like the merchant who keeps his stock in the back room, out of the sight of the customers mind. Don’t hide behind a bushel.

We must use showmanship, but this does not mean showing off. If we speak well to our self others will think we are boasting and if we speak ill of our self they will believe it. He goes farthest who treads softly. Just enough to get by is not enough to get ahead. Doing the extra ordinary can become an extraordinary experience producing extraordinary results. What turns the ordinary into extra ordinary is the extra effort we put into it. Nothing, literally, great was ever achieved without toil, dedication and enthusiasm. When enthusiasm sags, work harder. Work itself feeds enthusiasm by which it is itself improved. An action awakens interest and enthusiasm. Be thy labour great or small; do it well or not at all. One thing at a time and that done well is wisdom proven rule to crown our self with success and glory.

Let us not wait till someday does something big to show appreciation that others enjoy being around. The people who get ahead in this world are the people who look for the circumstances or opportunities they want and if they can’t, find them, make them. Instead of waiting for something to happened, it is a lot more fun to make things happen.
