GethemGo Sports Int’l Nagaland come second in Agape Cup

Kohima, September 30 (MExN): GethemGo Sports International Nagaland stood runners-up in the National Christian Football Championship (Agape Cup) on September 29 at Paljor Stadium, Gangtok, Sikkim.


A total of 13 states- Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Goa, Maharastra, West Bengal, Nagaland, Assam, Odisha, Gujarat, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi participated in the championship held from September 26 to 29 last.


GethemGo Sports International Nagaland entered finals by defeating four states (Delhi, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, and the host state Sikkim).


GSI is a sports ministry founded since 2016 with a vision to develop people of sports and sports leadership for community transformation. It is committed in building and developing the sports leadership in our state and beyond. It has a vision to lead sports people to its best with the networking of 209 countries in the International Sports Coalition (Sports Movement).


GSI hoped that few players will be selected to play in the Christian Unity World Cup which will be held at Columbia next year 2020.


Dr. Viposa, Director of GethemGo Sports International, a graduate of International Sports Leadership School, Stellenbosh, South Africa and is actively engaged at Global Sports Movement (International Sports Coalition) as one the key Country leaders of India, and is also the current Facilitator for the North East India-Sports Coalition of India.
