Aboi, November 8 (MExN): The Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Aboi marked a milestone as it celebrated its Golden Jubilee with an event, attended by distinguished guests and well-wishers. The celebration was graced by Manpon Konyak, Advisor and Chairman of the District Planning and Development Board (DPDB), Mon, who unveiled the golden jubilee monolith.
In his address, Konyak congratulated the school administration, led by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), and the various civil societies for making the event a success. He also commended the teachers, administrators, and students of GHSS Aboi for their dedication and efforts, which have helped the school achieve its 50-year milestone, establishing it as one of the top institutions in the district.
ADC Phulushe K Yepthomi, in his brief speech, reflected on the significance of the jubilee, stating that it was not only a celebration of past achievements but also a roadmap for the future. He expressed his gratitude to the teachers, students, and all those who have supported the institution over the years.
