Tuensang, August 26 (MExN): Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Tuensang organized an event to inaugurate its newly constructed RMSA building on August 24 at the school auditorium.
The new building was sanctioned under the Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) scheme in the year 2016-17, informed a press release from GHSS Tuensang principal.
The building was inaugurated by R Imsusenla Ao, District Education Officer, Tuensang in the presence of teachers, students, and well-wishers. The DEO stated the new RMSA building marks a new milestone for GHSS Tuensang and hoped that the government’s investment in the school will be a great value for money.
She also encouraged the teachers and students to use the building wisely and creatively to scale new heights. The dedicatory prayer for the new building was offered by Sentilo Seb, Pastor, Tenyimi Baptist Church, Tuensang Town.
Jungdan (PGT) chaired the programme, while S Imkongsenla Sangtam, Principal, GHSS Tuensang delivered the welcome address. Invocation prayer was pronounced by Keneile (PGT) and a special number was presented by students of Class-7.
