Dimapur, July 16 (MExN): The Sunday School Ministry of Chakhesang Baptist Church East Dimapur (CBCED) organized four-day Vacation Bible School (VBS) from July 12 to 15 under the theme ‘God is listening’. It was attended by a total of 106 children from CBCED.
Kedu Shupao, Youth Director, CBCED was the VBS Director. Five different classes comprising beginners, primary, junior, intermediate and teens, 10 teachers, 5 volunteers with cooks, Sunday School Board members were part of the programme, according to a press release received here.
Athono Nuvocho, principal of Apple Kindergarten spoke on the closing day on the topic ‘God is listening’. She highlighted the importance of prayer and encouraged the children to pray.
Later, Sarah Nuh, Superintendent thanked all the teachers, volunteers and all the contributors for their helping hands and tireless efforts in making this year’s VBS successful.
The final day ended with class wise presentation, memory verse recitation, songs, skits, and Love Feast.
