But if someone needs a piece of land, let them ask it from the original land-owner. As the Bible also says, “Do not remove the ancient landmark which your fathers have set”. (Prov. 22:28). You may have the right to demand a land for a separate district or homeland of your own, but the land-owner also has every right to control it. Neither Meiteis nor Indians can do anything about it. Beloved Kuki brethrens, let us not only think about today, but let us also think about yesterday and tomorrow. We are all brothers who mostly dominate the hilly areas and also we are all brethrens in CHRIST. We all worship the same living God and risen Lord Jesus Christ through the unfailing guidance and help of the Holy Spirit. Now, come let us reason and pray together in the virtue of Christian faith and principle. Our future is entirely in God’s hand. If the Nagas and Kukis have mutual understanding and genuine reconcile in any ways, (Nagas have no doubt to place you a state instead of Sadar Hill district). This will be your wise decision to have a statehood instead of Sadar hill District which is not supposed to be. So, Let us beware, lest anyone deceive us through false philosophy and empty deceit, which is according to the tradition of men and basic principles of the world but not of CHRIST. So, it’s best that we save our future generation. Hear this, you leaders and elders, give ear, all you inhabitants of the land. Has anything of this sort happened in your days or even in your fathers? What will you tell your children about the Christian life of the Nagas and Kukis. Let our children tell their children about the goodness of God and the good relationship between the Nagas and Kukis. So, as to have a good history, you have to ask the creator and also the original land-owner for the piece of land that you want. In doing so, it will bring peace, harmony and prosperity in our land.
