The scheduled formal talks on October 26 between the Government of India and the Working Committee of the Naga National Political Groups could not take place. The Morung Express was informed by a WC member that GoI Interlocutor RN Ravi only had an informal interaction with the WC Convenor Kitovi Zhimomi. “Formal talk would take place either on Monday or Tuesday,” it was informed.
