Kohima, Jan 19 (DIPR): In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government of Nagaland has made the following amendments to Schedule-I of the Act with effect from the date of issue of this notification as follows:
In entry Serial Number 35 of Schedule-I, the words “Human blood and blood plasma” shall be substituted by the words “Blood including blood components”.
