DIMAPUR, APRIL 30 (MExN): Nagaland Governor, La Ganesan has extended warm greetings to the Ao community on the occasion of Moastsü festival which is celebrated from May 1 onwards.
“Moatsü is a festival marking the end of stressful field sowing, cleaning up the wells and repairs and construction of houses. It is also a festival of community bonding, a celebration where new are built and old friendship renewed,” a press communiqué from the Governor stated.
On the occasion, the Governor wished that the festival foster love and unity among the community and to the part-takers good health all good health and prosperity.
