New Delhi, February 10 (MExN): Governor of Nagaland PB Acharya today had a meeting with the Nagaland Police officers posted in Delhi at Nagaland House here. A press release from PRO, Nagaland House informed that Commandant Neiba Newmai briefed the Governor about their duties and activities in Delhi. He said there are 1266 Nagaland policemen posted in Delhi and that the jawans are doing well in their duties and comfortable in their stay. Meanwhile, Governor Acharya congratulated the officers and jawans for their good performance in their duties. He exhorted them that life is not only in uniform duties; they are the ambassador of the State in all aspects. He further stressed on the need to take up individually as well as together the responsibility to share about Nagaland and North East people, culture, tourism and many other opportunities available in the region to the people of the country.
