Govt officials informed on corrected GPF account numbers and names
Dimapur, May 9 (MExN): All retired state government officials are informed that GPF final payment cases settled upto the month of April 2013 have been uploaded in the AG Nagaland website. Pensioners may log on to www.agnagaland.gov.in by clicking at felicitation and GPF felicitation or by directly clicking on the sticky note written ‘Click here to view list of settled GPF final payment cases’.
Akum Chuba, Accounts Officer, PF Group in a press release stated that an all out efforts is being exerted to settle as many cases as possible. However, if any retired officials have any complaint or grievance then they can contact the Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Ravikiran Ubale at email at ravikiran.ubale@yahoo.com or at agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or the undersigned on any working days for immediate redressal of their grievances. Complaints with regard to missing credits and balance transfer cases may also be intimated through the above medium for timely redressal.
All serving state government officials are also informed that during posting of their monthly subscription, a large number of wrong GPF account numbers were found to be forwarded by different DDOs. The wrong account numbers forwarded by DDOs under Kohima North, Wokha, Mokokchung and Zunheboto Treasuries have been handed over to the Treasury Officers. The list of DDOs under Kohima South, Dimapur, Phek, Zunheboto, Mon, Peren and Kiphire are yet to be collected. Therefore, Treasury Officers of these districts are requested to contact the PF branch for collection of the same for further dispersal and instructions to DDOs submitting accounts to them. The last date for receipt of corrected GPF account numbers and names is June 30, 2013.
