Kohima, July 8 (MExN): Office of the Accountant General (A&E) has informed all Heads of Department of Government of Nagaland that the annual GPF statement for the financial year 2015-16 will be issued from the Accountant General (AG) office as per the following schedule: July 12 - AIS, Jails, CPF, Stationary, Industry, Agri and Forest; July 13 - Veterinary, Medical & General Administration; July 14 - Police and miscellaneous; July 15 - Civil works and education.
All Heads of Department have been requested to send their respective nodal officers along with a letter of authority under the seal and signature of the Head of the Department to collect the same on the assigned dates.
A press release from Sr. Accounts Officer, GPF Wing further informed all GPF subscribers that the entire expenditure for printing of the GPF statements is borne by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and is freely disbursed. Therefore, subscribers/Government employees have been requested not to make any payment for issue of GPF statement by the departments.

It was also informed that due to closure of GPF account and disbursement of GPF statements, no public interview regarding GPF will be entertained from July 11 to 15.
