GPRN/NNC (AB) rejects claims, expels Francis Kikon

Dimapur, December 4 (MExN): The GPRN/NNC (AB) on Wednesday rejected the proprietorship claims of GPRN /NNC (AB) made by Francis Kikon, condemning his alleged misconduct against President S S Pongkhu Naga.

According to a press release issued by the MIP, it stated the Francis Kikon has been expelled from the GPRN/NNC (AB), urging the Naga public not to be misled by his actions or statements.

Additionally, it informed that the regional presidents and collective leadership of the GPRN/NNC (AB) convened an emergency meeting on Wednesday in Dimapur, during which several resolutions were unanimously adopted.

It further clarified that Francis Kikon was never officially appointed, but was only temporarily assigned as Acting General Secretary for the time being. 

At the same time, it maintained that as per the Yehzabo (constitution) of Government, disciplinary action could have been initiated against Francis Kikon much earlier. 

Likewise, it alleged that Kikon didn't only misused financial resources but failed to carry out his responsibilities effectively due to his health and his mental instability. 

Furthermore, it appealed to the Naga public not to be confused or misled by Francis Kikon’s actions, alleging that he is attempting to take advantage of the organisation for personal financial gain.
