The GPRN/NSCN intensely dishearten and express its animosity to NSCN(K) for ruthlessly killing two of our cadres in coldblooded, which clearly demonstrated their inhumane mind-set and disgracing the appeal made by NBCC officials while commemorating Platinum jubilee.
The K-boys unambiguously demoralize the ‘spirit of exaltation and Christian ship’ they failed to understand the significant and the meaning of Jubilee which stands for peace, forgiveness, reconcile etc instead they have create a tense situation of insecure, apprehension and distract the ongoing Jubilee. The NSCN(K) leaders have greeted the foreigners and Christian believers incorporated with continues killing by its patriots resulted in dishonouring the fervent appeal made by Rev. Dr. Anjo Keikung, General Secretary NBCC to ‘cease complete hostility among factions’ during the celebration of Platinum Jubilee in Kohima.
The GPRN has restrained its cadres to sincerely maintain the commitment and to upkeep ‘a true Christian spirit’ and to honour the appeal made to his Excellency the President Rtd. Gen. Kholie Konyak, GPRN/NSCN by Rev. Dr. Anjo Keikung.
The two cadres of GPRN/NSCN Lt. Engo Konyak and 2nd Lt. Shannau Konyak both hailing from Mopong town under Konyak Region along with the other four innocent publics were travelling in one Gypsy on their way to Aboi, Mon District, unfortunately they were stopped by K-boys dragged out two cadres and killed them in cold blooded without having mercy at the junction of Phushumi village, near V.K. town under Zunheboto District, the other four innocent publics were forced to abandon the vehicle, in V.K. town taking advantage of our silence.
The GPRN has expressed its joyfulness to Commemorate Platinum Jubilee, hoped for “cessation of complete hostility” among brethrens but contrary to our desire, their action has proven to be futile and hostile. The NSCN (K) has no value for human life, creating peaceful atmosphere is not required or aware of, and their priority is to create more problems with an intention to continue killing. The NSCN (K) has wilfully displayed its ugly motives towards the Naga cause. Hence, they will have no moral right to claim themselves as National Workers in future.
