Dimapur, May 1 (MExN): The Konyak Region, GPRN/NSCN, both in the civil and military wing held an emergency meeting pertaining to the situation and change of Leadership within the government.
“Henceforth, the house unanimously declared its stand to steadfastly support and work under the Collective Leadership of Gen (Retd) MB Neokpao Konyak, the President and newly elected Ato Kilonser Alezo Venuh,” Manpoh Konyak, Dy Kilnoser cum Regional Administrative Officer, Konyak Region, GPRN/NSCN stated in a Declaration note issued by Nika (Dy Secretary), MIP GPRN/NSCN.
“The Konyak Region National Workers have full faith and confidence in their leadership and express its optimism that the Naga political aspiration would be achieved under their able leadership,” it asserted.
In another ‘Declaration’ note, Hugh Magh, Kilonser, R.A.O Rengma Region, GPRN/NSCN stated that “in accordance with the national Tatar Hoho Session’s declaration of 24th April 2024 the GPRN/NSCN Rengma Region has extended full support to the Collective Leadership of GPRN/NSCN President General (Retd) MB Neokpao Konyak and Ato Kilonser Ino Alezo Venuh.”
