Dimapur, October 9 (MExN): The GPRN/NSCN (Neokpao-Alezo) once again informed all civil society organisations, public leaders, and Village authorities under Changlang, Tirap, Longlen and Khonsa districts of Arunachal Pradesh that Monlem Wangnao Kilonser, Supervisor Arunachal Affairs assigned to deal with all matter concerning their areas. “Henceforth any individual or group found deviating from this notification will be doing so at their own risk,” stated a press release from GPRN/NSCN (Neokpao-Alezo).
