Grace Revival continues in Dimapur

DIMAPUR, MAY 1 (MExN): The Grace Revival organized by the Sinai Ministry and Faith Harvest Church continued for the second day on May 1. A press note informed that the team from Faith Harvest Church, Kohima led the gathering into a powerful time of praise and worship. Pastor Lawrence Lim shared from the Word of God.

His message emphasised a great deal on the pressing need to have the right impression of God. He spoke on the need to renew the mindset that thinks that God’s grace can be earned through good works. Stating that “there is no formula to earn God’s love”, Lim brought fresh revelation of the character of God as that of the joyous father, in the parable of the prodigal son, whose greatest joy was to find the lost son. His message brought out the core message of the Gospel of Christ- to dispel the misunderstanding that God is angry with mankind; that divine wrath has already been appeased through the sacrifice of Christ, once and for all.

The second service was led by Meren Jamir of the Sinai Ministry. The Sinai Ministry led the congregation into a powerful and lively time of worship. Renowned Naga Christian metal band UDX (Under The Cross) brought some head-banging gospel music by presenting two songs. A testimony that worshipping needs not be constrained to certain music genres alone, UDX left the audience enthralled. Pastor Gabriel Tan was the speaker for the evening. Funny and entertaining, the congregation erupted in fits of laughter as Tan delivered his sermon. He insisted on the importance to focus on the finished works of Christ. He elaborated on how the understanding of this love can translate onto our human inter-personal relationships. An invitation has been extended to different pastors for the event on May 2.
