The Phom Baptist Christian Association, Mission Centre Nyengching, Longleng in collaboration with the Forest division, Longleng observed ‘Green Mission cum World Environment Day’ on June 5 at the Headquarter Lempong. With the initiative of PBCA, the Green Mission was launched on June 5, 2018 with the objective of protecting the environment and nature, envisioning a ‘Green, Clean and Healthy Environment.’ So far Phom Churches under PBCA have planted more than 12000 sapling trees within Longleng. PBCA churches planted around 5000 saplings this year.
