Peren, August 1 (MExN): Brigadier Rakesh Rana, Group Commander NCC, Group Headquarters, Kohima arrived on a one day inspection visit to NL (I) Sainik School Coy, Punglwa on July 31.
According to a press release, Brig Rana appreciated the achievement and progress of the school’s NCC Coy and encouraged the school to further introduce more programmes related to social cause, aero modeling, adventure activities, etc.
Earlier, Lieutenant Colonel M Kiran Meitei, Officiating Principal, Sainik School Punglwa received Brigadier Rana, while Squadron Leader Sanjeev Chaudhary, Officer Commanding, NL (I) Sainik School Company briefed the Group Commander on various important NCC activities and programmes undertaken by the cadets of the school.
