The event organizers have also decided not to have the usual system of inviting chief guest or guest of honour but to only have ‘Tuluni Papu’ (Tuluni Father).   Competitions of various traditional games and showcasing of the rich culture and tradition of the Sumis would be the main highlights of the event.   Altogether, 17 units of HASPO will be participating in the Tuluni programme. HASPO has invited all Sumis residing in highway jurisdiction as well as other jurisdictions to be a part of the festival stating that ample arrangements would be made to accommodate and cater to more than 10, 000 people at the venue.   The jurisdiction of HASPO is from Chumukedima till Kushiabill.
