Dimapur, July 19 (MExN): Logos College, Dimapur welcomed 60 new freshers for the 2024-25 academic year, offering M.Div, MA Counseling, B.Th, and Diploma in Theology.

The freshers’ day held on Friday was graced by Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, Kevithuto Sophie where he also released the latest issue of ‘Word Alive: Journal of Logos College.’

The CP Dimapur emphasised the sacrifices required in service and urged students to be humble and earn respect through their actions. “Not everyone who enrolls finishes and many who do finish do not continue in ministry,” Sophie stated. He urged students to have clarity about their calling and purpose.

He advised graduates to use their degrees to serve others and complete their educational journey with dedication. “Don't just achieve a degree; take it as a call to serve humanity with a pure, clear conscience.”

Encouraging critical thinking, he said, “The aim is not to criticize but to bring the gospel alive, to make the ‘Word Alive.’”
