He makes himself unfit to solve the conflict: NNC

Thomas
NNC Member

For the record of the NNC, MIP of NSCN-IM perfectly stated the fact on 15th November 2016 (appeared in The Morung Express on 16th November) that “Since President Phizo was in London and Vice President Imkongmaren was in Jail, the General Secretary of the NNC, Th. Muivah was the only authority at home to convene the national Assembly in Suphao village and condemned Shillong Accord on 16th August 1976”. (Unquote) This fact they (IM leaders) have been stating all the times in the past nearly forty years saying; “Isak and Muivah condemned Shillong Accord”.

The MIP of IM statement clearly said, Th. Muivah, NNC General Secretary made the record of the NNC clear. This was done not by Muivah alone but all the NNC/FGN leaders and Naga Army officers who werethen in Eastern Nagaland had done in one accord with Muivah and Isak. The MIP’s statement thus proves the fact that there was no misunderstanding and division on the matter of Shillong Accord among the Naga national workers under the leadership of Muivah and Isak in Eastern Nagaland.

Th. Muivah however, defected from the NNC on 31st January 1980 on his own accord and formed the NSCN along with Isak and Khaplang, and made himself unfit to solve the conflict. Because he had thrown away the mandate reposed on him by the Naga people. The people’s mandate given to him was on the platform of the NNC, which cannot be carried away as personal property wherever he goes or moves to NSCN. Without mandate of the people he has no right to represent Nagaland or talk on behalf of the people. Because he becomes outside political mandate of the whole Nagaland people (not only the Puppet Nagaland State). So, if any Naga says politically outsider (Muivah) has no right to solve the Indo-Naga conflict, he/she is right.

Secondly; he violated the Naga national Law (Lakhuti Resolution) and Nagaland Yehzabo (Constitution). According to the Law of the land, he is a traitor, and a traitor has no right to represent the nation. This is rightly stated by himself (Th. Muivah) from China on 21st November 1975. Quote: “Any talk, or any negotiations tending to be ‘within the Indian Union’ are unequivocally the works of hidden traitors, and traitors in no way represent the people”.

Thirdly, he killed many Nagas. No community of Nagaland remains which is not killed by NSCM-IM, and not one of Naga groups remains which the NSCN had not fight against it. Fighting against his own people is a treacherous acts.

Fourthly, his talks with the GoI is for a solution within the Indian Union, and lastly signed a framework agreement, that is a surrender accord. A secret document of framework agreement revealed in some Mediasis as follow:

(Quoted out of eight points). A formula for the rehabilitation and absorption of the 15,000-strong NSCN-IM army is under negotiation. Its soldiers will surrender their arms and may be inducted into newly-formed battalions of the Border Security Force and Rashtriya Rifles.

This was also formerly announced by Governor Acharya on 9th September 2015, after the framework agreement was signed, saying;4000 NSCN-IM soldiers would be absorbed into the Indian Armed Forces.

For his negotiation with the GoI for a solution within the Indian Union, he himself is condemned by his own statement issued on Nov. 21, 1975 as traitor. As he (Muivah) stated, a traitor should in no way represent the Naga nation.

Fifthly telling lies, deceiving the people, money extortions, torturing the people is anti-social and anti-Christ. They have been telling lies even after the signing of surrender Accord (framework agreement). More such false statements are now releasing in the name of public.

Those who are writing in support of these anti-social and anti-national activities should know what their Bible says, (quote)“He who says to the wicked, you are righteous, people will curse him, nation will abhor him. But to those who rebuke the wicked will be delight, and a good blessing will come upon them.”(Proverb 24:24-25). “He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to the Lord. (Proverb 17:15).

Dr. Somingam Mawon stated in his statement saying: “Many Nagas were killed in aftermath of the signing of Shillong Accord” (appeared in The Morung Express on 19th April 2017). (Unquote) Let Dr. Somingam give the list of Nagas who were killed aftermath of the Accord, like I have given the list of Nagas who were killed by NSCN after the formation of NSCN. (See my book: Nagaland and Th. Muivah’s Terrorist Activities, published in 2005). In the same book, I have listed the names of Naga who were killed by Muivah and Isak before the formation of NSCN or after the Shillong Accord. Names of 16 victims is on page 36, and other six (Brig. Ngamlao Konyak, Lt. Col. Yamtsethong Khiamniungan and four Chakhesangs) are in the Regional list. All 22 of them were not killed by others, but by Muivah and Isak when they were still in the NNC office, within December 3rd 1975 to January 3rd 1980.

Let none of NSCN workers write false statements or tell lies in support of NSCN-IM, lest they would be condemned by the next generations. Their write ups are collected by the historians which will not be vanished. The NSCN-IM leaders and members are writing such false statements and lies, because these have become their professional job so as to survive the NSCN. They are knowingly and intentionally writing such false statements, because for them the survival of the NSCN is more important than the survival of their soul in the Lord Jesus Christ. Hence, they never considered killings, deceiving and telling lies are sins in the sight of their God.
