The main aim of the project is to improve healthcare access in remote areas and reduce inequality in health services.”

He further stated that each mobile unit includes a team of medical professionals comprising a doctor, nurse, lab technician, pharmacist, and driver, and added that special health camps and hygiene awareness programmes are conducted under the initiative.

A specialist health camp was also conducted with Dr. Thritingla Sangtam (Gynecologist), Dr. Zioba T. Sangtam (Dental Surgeon), and Dr. Lillio (General OPD), who provided medical services to residents.
