DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 2 (MExN): The Department of Health & Family Welfare organized a farewell program on September 2 at the Directorate of Health & Family Welfare to honor three of its senior officials—Dr Tumchobeni, Director (H); Dr R Chubala Aier, Director (H); and Mereninla, Registrar.
The program, chaired by Dr Akuo Sorhie, Mission Director of the National Health Mission (NHM), took place at the IDSP Conference Hall. Principal Director, Dr E Motsuthung Patton delivered the citation and a farewell speech on behalf of the department, expressing gratitude for the years of dedicated service by the outgoing officers. In their speeches, the retiring officers reminisced about their careers, shared fond memories, and extended their best wishes to the department for its future endeavors.
