Peren: Minister for Planning & Co-ordination Evaluation & Geology & Mining, TR Zeliang, inaugurated Heunambe Village Poilwa at Peren District on March 4.
In the inaugural function, he congratulated the people of Heunambe village and urged the people to live in peace and harmony between them and neighboring villages. Stating that for any successful establishment of new village well plan infrastructure and development is must, Zeliang exhorted the neighboring villages to come forward in support of Heunambe village which can be viewed as a Model village in organic production.
Koheuteung chaired the programme, invocation by Pastor Pentecostal Heunambe village and Catholic Church Heunambe village presented a welcome song. Welcome speech was delivered by Heunambe founder of village while Chairman, Poilwa village delivered a short speech. Nepali Baptist Church, Heunambe village also presented a special number while vote of thanks was proposed by Kochituing.
