Dimapur, May 21 (MExN): The NNP+ in collaboration with the Network of Tuensang District People Living with HIV and AIDS (NTDP+) through support from Legislators’ Forum on AIDS will conduct an Advocacy Campaign on HIV and AIDS with the key stakeholders at Noksen on May 25, 2011 at Town Hall, Noklak.
A press note issued by Lanu Aier, general secretary, NNP+ informed that P.Longon, Minister for Soil & Water Conservation, Land Resources Development will grace the programme as guest speaker on the theme “Together we can!”. The note also mentioned that other topics include HIV and AIDS a reality, Services available, Positive living, Stigma and Discrimination, group discussion on the role of key stakeholders towards HIV response. The key stakeholders from Government departments and villages under Noklak Sub Division (ADC), Health care providers, Churches, Civil Societies, Village councils, Students and teachers, defence personnel, partner NGOs and media fraternity will be invited to participate in the event for making a positive outcome.
