Staff of Mokokchung based Care and Support Society (C&SS) Targeted Intervention (TI) Ongpangkong visited its Tzürangkong sub-centre at Chungtiayimsen accompanied by the Mobile ICTC unit for HIV blood testing and counselling for injecting drug users (IDU) and held a community program on June 19.
