Hollotoli School celebrates 4th annual day

DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 10 (MExN): Hollotoli School celebrated its 4th Annual Day on November 8 and 9 for junior and senior schools respectively in the school auditorium. 


On the first day, the programme was organised by the Junior School. It started with a prayer by Khetoli Kiba, followed by the welcome note delivered by the Headmistress, Deborrah Thabah. Thereafter, Chairman, Moses Tokheho graced the event with a speech.  This session featured the colourful and flamboyant performances by the little ones which mesmerized the audience. The dance performances displayed a fusion of dance styles from different eras whereas the classic songs rendered by the Junior choir left everyone feeling nostalgic. 


This was followed by the prize distribution ceremony where the Principal, Suparna Roy Choudhury gave away the certificates and prizes to the meritorious students of the Junior School for the academic session 2018-19. The programme also featured a play and a short act with moral.  


The Senior School Annual Day celebration followed the next day. The event was graced with a welcome note from the Assistant Vice Principal, Lucy Merry and an address to the parents by the Principal, Suparna Roy Choudhury. 


The event showcased the mesmerising performance by the students such as musical piece, plays, dance, songs which enthralled the audience, leading to a prize distribution ceremony. The prizes were given to the students for the session 2018-19, and also the School Colors were presented to academically meritorious students for their excellent performance in the board exams as well as to the students who have brought laurels to the school in various competitions, contest, performing art and sports. 


‘The Cock-House Shield’ for the session 2018-19 was awarded to the Jupiter House.
