Kohima, April 19 (DIPR): Home Commissioner, Abhishek Singh, IAS, in a circular, informed that in pursuance to the state level declaration of Mass Social Work to be held on April 21 throughout the state, following guidelines are issued for necessary actions:-
1. The District Administration will mobilise and Co-ordinate the conduct of Mass social work in respective Districts/Sub-Division/Circle Headquarters. All Government servants should take part in respective stations.
2. Action Plans for clearing the Culverts/Drains/Water loggins/Streets/Office compounds etc. to be chalked out by local authorities. 3. Offices located at Kohima will concentrate on cleaning of respective office premises.
4. Secretariat Officers & Staff shall conduct Social Work from 9 A.M to 12 A.M covering Office rooms/corridors/toilets/office premises and respective branches may work out details for inner cleanings including regulation of staff attendance.
(a) In addition to office rooms, the jungle clearance on the front side starting from road divider and surroundings upto gate 1 & 2 and park area is assigned to NSSA and NCSA for overall supervision.
(b) NCCD will deploy their staff for cleaning the outer toilet block behind the driver's canteen.
