Kohima, April 11 (DIPR): The Home Department, Societies Registration Cell in a notification stated that in continuation to the Department’s notification on 28th 2013 and 27th January 2014 respectively, the the last date of submission of application of the Registered Societies for Renewal purpose (Lapsed Societies) is extended up to 30th of June 2014. No applications whatsoever for renewal purpose will be entertained after the expiry of this notification.
The following documents and particulars should be produced and at the time of renewal.
1. Photocopy of the Registration certificate.
2. Treasury challan of RS 500 (Five hundred) paid to Registrar of Societies, Home Department under the Head account of 0070-0AS.
3. List of the latest governing body of the Societies.
4. Annual activities report and balance sheet for the last 3 (three years) Signed by Registered Chartered Accountant.
5. Forwarding by concern District authority.
