
Kohima, May 1 (MExN): Nagaland’s home minister G. Kaito Aye will be undertaking a state wide tour this month. Talking to media persons on Tuesday, Aye said that this tour has been scheduled to assess the law and order situation in Nagaland, and to interact with NGOs and district administrations. Asked on prevailing law and order situation in the state, Aye said that factional clashes and crime have relatively gone down to an extent. Complimenting the district administration and police personnel for doing a good job, he also felt the need to strengthen their hands. The home minister also sought public cooperation for a peaceful environment in the state.
